My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but there were some maintenance issues like a window that couldn't close completely due to a bent wooden pane and an A/C water overflow problem. The service was attentive, especially by the staff members who helped me during a business stay. The location was convenient for my purpose in Margao, although slightly away from the main market. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
